- Infrared receiver with 38 kHz carrier frequency, for use with the original BASIC Stamp SumoBot Robot kits, now discontinued. We recommend purchasing replacements in pairs, since models supplied in kits may vary.
- Beginning in January 2013, the item distributed under Parallax stock code #350-00014 was changed to Vishay TSOP34138, and was included in all BASIC Stamp SumoBot Robot Kits.
- The Vishay TSOP34138 is not used in Boe-Bot, Shield-Bot, or ActivityBot robot kits.
