Sun exposure, for instance, influences the foliage density, flowering, and fruiting of a plant. The sensor contains a Silicon photodetector. When there's light in, the sensor generates a voltage signal that is directly proportional to the PAR under the light source. You are able to obtain the measurement value in a unit of μmol/m2•s. The instrument supports analog 2.5V output. You can therefore connect this PAR sensor with respective data loggers or digital voltmeters to create monitoring systems that meet your own demand.
