This heatsink might be useful for who needs the full throttled quad-core performance with ODROID-C1. 

 

Note that the thermal throttling doesn't happen in the most cases if the ambient temperature is lower than 35degree in Celsius.

 

If you do not place the thermal interface material(TIM) properly, the heatsink might cause electric short and no cooling effect. The TIM must cover the CPU and memory. Please check the yellow square line in below picture.

 

1. This heatsink comes with a thermal interface material. 

 

 

2. Place the thermal interface material on CPU and Memory.

 

3. There is another thermal interface material on the heatsink. Please remove the film on it when you use this part.

 

 

4. Mount it on the ODROID-C1
