Hardware Overview

Application:

Put the 6 thermal pads on the heatsink at the following positions in red rectangle areas.

There are two foam cubes intended for support of the PCB and heatsink. They need to be taped here at following positions on the bottom side of the reComputer J601 carrier board.

The screws shall be inserted from the bottom side of the carrier board to lock the module and the heatsink (from the top side).

For 3D printed stands to hold up carrier board and heatsink, please refer to stl file here (you would need to print 2 of them，slot intended for the copper plate)
