In-depth Programming Guide—New Users: Easy to Program

CH340 USB programming cables are only suitable for Windows systems, and drivers should be installed before programming

Find your Windows system and download the driver.
Click install and wait for the installation.
Open “Device Manager”check the port (COM & LPT), and select the same port (COM & LPT) in the programming software
Connect the USB programming cable to the computer and the other end of the cable to your radio, then turn on the radio. Make sure it has enough power during programming.
Click the "Program-Read" button
The parameters of the Radio can be modified or adjusted as needed(Channel, Frequency, CTCSS/DCS, etc.)
Then click "Program-write" to write the data.
