This is an evaluation board for Particle's B SoM of cellular IoT modules. It breaks out all of its pins via easy to use headers. The board features a USB ports for the nRF52840 MCU as well as the cellular modem, SD card connector, Ethernet connector, a barrel jack power connector, buttons, RGB LED, charge status LED, and a connector for a LiPo battery (battery not included).
The B SoM is not included; you must purchase the desired SoM separately. SoM Evaluation Board works with the following B SoMs: B523, B402, B524, B404, B404X
