M2X Extension is an ultra-thin version of this extension board without PoE capability. Only 1 NIC can be used at one time, either the 100mb/s RJ-45 port on the M2X, or the 1000mb/s RJ-45 port on the VIM3.
Edge-V can only use the SSD feature, when connected to the M2X Extension Board. The Ethernet port can receive electrical power, but no network data input.
