The LattePanda Mu Thin Heatsink is a high-quality cooler designed specifically for the LattePanda Mu Compute Module. It allows for perfect integration between LattePanda Mu and the carrier board, enabling you to freely build various DIY projects. This heatsink ensures stable temperature for your LattePanda Mu, and the heat dissipation fins quickly absorb the heat generated by the CPU. This simple yet effective method keeps your LattePanda Mu in its best condition at all times! The aluminum alloy housing has excellent thermal conductivity and comes with high-quality phase change materials for even better heat dissipation performance.

Installation steps:

1. Remove the three spring screws of the heatsink and peel off the phase change material protective film.

2. Align the CPU of the LattePanda Mu with the phase change material of the heatsink and align the screw holes.

3. Tighten the three spring screws in a circular motion until the installation is complete.

Be careful not to fully tighten one screw before loosening another, as it may cause damage to the CPU chip due to uneven force.

Note: Compatible solely with the LattePanda Mu model.

1. This model is a passive heatsink, which requires users to separately match it with a fan or design it for use inside a casing with airflow. It cannot be used as a standalone completely fanless heatsink.

2. When installing or removing the heatsink, the LattePanda Mu must be powered off

3. During use, please avoid direct contact between your skin and the case to prevent burns
